U Sarajevu je otvorena prva teretana samo za žene. Teretanu vodi trenerica Arnela Alispahić, koja je cijela u nikabu, odjeći koja pokriva tijelo, ali je ostavljen samo otvor za oči. Kako je rekla, teretana je isključivo za žene koje dobiju posebnu karticu za pristup, a cilj im je privatnost žena i njihova sigurnost. Na TikToku savjetuje ženama kako postići najbolje rezultate u teretani, kako se pravilno hraniti i od čega se treba sastojati obrok, koje vježbe je najbolje izvoditi te kako najlakše izgubiti kilograme ili dobiti mišićnu masu.

Naš prostor se prostire na tri etaže prilagođene različitim vrstama treninga: Drugi sprat: grupni treninzi i kardio. Prvi sprat: kardio, trake, bicikli, Smith mašina, sprave za zgibove i noge. Minus 1: sprave za izolaciju mišića, prsa, ramena, biceps, triceps i cross-trening. Sve sprave su vrhunske kvalitete, prestižnog brenda Precor, a uz to imamo i umjetnu stijenu za penjanje sa užetom do visine od 5 metara za dodatnu aktivnost. Prema njezinim riječima, u fitness svijetu radi već skoro 10 godina, a nakon šest godina vođenja uspješnog fitness centra u blizini Tešnja ostvarila je svoj san i otvorila prvi fitness centar za žene u Sarajevu.
